When purchasing any product or service from us you have specific rights and entitlements under Consumer Law and nothing any of us can say or do will override or diminish these.

In addition to these rights and entitlements our Warranty Policy is subject to the following:
For all claims:
You will require a valid proof of purchase in order to make any claim. This can be your store receipt, bank statement or online warranty registration (go to www.phonetabulous.com.au/warranty).
You will be requested to provide a physical address and contact details and may be requested to provide a valid form of identification when claiming or being provided with a refund.
If you refuse to provide this information or are unable to we may be unable to consider or process your claim.
The item may need to be returned to the manufacturer or their agent or service center (at OUR cost) for inspection, and failure to do so may result in your claim being denied.
Our warranty policy and obligations DO NOT cover:
> Physical Damage (either accidental or otherwise). > Reasonable wear and tear through normal use.
> Failure to follow instructions.
> Damage or failure caused by other components or items not part of the purchase of the item subject to the claim.
For AUDIO products (Headphones, Ear Buds, Bluetooth Devices including speakers and earpieces):
Our returns and exchanges policy applies to these products (go to http://www.phonetabulous.com.au/returns). Once any of these products are opened, they cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, store credit due to change of mind, you “don’t like it” if it operates within the specification/s outlined on the packaging or is fit for purpose and has been properly described and represented.
